Unexpected freezing temperatures forced me to cover my garden to protect it from ice and even probable snow. As all the other snow threads this winter, still no snow, but we did get some ice. I was sure we were past freezes this year when we had the planting day 1 week ago.
Gladly most of the planted seeds are still underground so they are protected already. Had to get in our Fig tree that was already showing it’s leaves and the pineapple plant for some protection. Below you can see them with our mint and culantro plant.
